It is composed of Delicate  Hand crafted Sterling Silver Wire Crosses and Linked to Sparkly Sapphire Czech  Glass Rocailles.  A Wonderfully Decorative piece for that special outfit.  It is brand new, never been worn.  This Chain Measures approximately 13 1/4" From the Silver tone Sterling Silver Lobster clasp to the jumpring.
