It is a Combination of Gold Translucent Blue Lined Czech Glass seed beads.  Spaced with a sandwich of Powder Blue and Translucent Lime Glass  Seed Beads Garnished with a Lime Green & Blue Swirl Czech Glass Bead Descending as a Pendant. I Made This.  It is Brand New, Never Been Worn. This Lanyard Measures Approximately 16 3/8" Long  on Each Side.  This is a Must Have Accessory for any Nurse, School Teacher, Health Care Professional, Computer Tech or Person Required to Wear an ID Badge, Keys or a Whistle!  This Would Make A Great Addition to any outfit.
